Banana Nutella Ice Cream
Yield: makes 3 servings


4 bananas (nearly overripe)
1/3 cup nutella


Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut bananas into round slices and place on prepared baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the freezer and and let it sit in there for 2-3 hours or until banana slices are frozen all the way through.

Place the frozen bananas into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until the bananas are creamy. Add in the nutella and pulse until it is well blended. Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for 2-4 hours before serving. Stay cool and enjoy!
